Melorra Points is a unique reward system designed by Melorra that lets customers utilise the available Points in their account to shop Gold, Diamond, and Gemstone Jewellery of their choice from the Melorra app, website, and M-Site
Terms and Conditions
  1. 1. “Melorra Points” are applicable on shopping of Jewellery (Only applicable on Diamod products) on the Melorra app, website, Stores and M-site.
  2. 2. Applicable only on prepaid orders.
  3. 3. 1 Melorra Points equals to ₹1.
  4. 4. Melorra Points are valid until expiry. If you do not utilise the Points before expiry, it cannot be retrieved/added back.
  5. 5. Melorra Points will be accessible only to the registered user. The registered user of the Melorra account must be logged in to their account to redeem the points.
  6. 6. Partial usage of Melorra Points is not permitted; Melorra Points must be used in full for a particular order.
  7. 7. The Points can be applied on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹25,000.
  8. 8. Applicable on single/multiple products.
  9. 9. Melorra Points can be utilised along with other existing offers and discounts.
  10. 10.Upon return/cancellation of the order, the utilised Melorra Points will be reversed to your account. Points whose validity has expired at the time of return/cancellation will not be refunded.
  11. 11. For any queries / issues related to Melorra Points, write to cs@melorra.com or call 09606024843 from 9am to 8pm IST, Monday to Sunday.
  12. 12. Melorra makes full efforts to accept the Points at the time of purchase, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons our online portal may refuse to accept the same.
  13. 13. In any dispute related to Melorra Points, the decision of Melorra (August Jewellery Private Limited) shall be final.
  14. 14. All other T&Cs related to any specific order purchase and cancellation remains unchanged.
