Melorra offers Instant Gift Vouchers in various denominations that can be used to purchase your choice of Gold and Diamond Jewellery.

The following T&Cs are applicable for Melorra Instant Gift Voucher(s) redeemable only on the Melorra website and M-Site.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This is a Melorra Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher / Card (GV) and would be accepted only on Melorra website and on Melorra mobile site.

2. Gift Voucher is not applicable on the Melorra app and at Experience Centres.

3. As per RBI guidelines, customer’s government ID proof (PAN CARD) is mandatory for orders above Rs.2 Lakhs.

4. Melorra Gold Coin Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.

5. Melorra Gold Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.

6. Melorra Diamond Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.

7. More than one GV can be used in one bill.

8. Partial usage of gift voucher(s) is allowed till the expiry.

9. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given if expired.

10. Melorra Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired.

11. This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.

12. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the balance is non-refundable but can be used for the next purchase.

13. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher(s).

14. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon Code, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.

15. Melorra offers a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 30 days from the date of the delivery.

16. No refunds on customised/International order returns.

17. No refunds on Coin order returns.

18. If an Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
